69% have attended more than one program.
31% were first time attendees.
50% of those who attended worked at Hospitals.
11% worked in Long Term Care.
39% worked in Home Care, Rehabilitation, School Nurse, Dr. Office, Ambulatory Surgical Center, Community Health or School of Nursing. A few also were volunteers or retired.
Many of you have been at your facility longer than 25 years with the range from less than 6 months to greater than 42 years (wow).
You have been nurses from 1year to 53 years with an average of 25 years.
Not surprisingly, Staffing still ranks as the number 1 issue in your workplace.
Salary comes in 2nd.
Healthcare and Retirement Benefits come in 3rd and 4th with stronger voice and workplace safety closing in close behind.
Other issues in your workplace included: unfair work practices, communication, and benefit time.
60% heard about the program through our flyer.
39% heard about our program from a co-worker so please continue to spread the word.
